Sales & Marketing Executive (Male/Female)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a professional Sales & Marketing Executive who would be developing & executing sales & marketing strategies. He/she must have good Communication Skills, expertise in Selling of residential and commercial projects located in various cities of the country. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow his/her career in real estate sector. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
The person should be:

An intermediary between sellers and buyers. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in-person.
Providing guidance and assistance to sellers / buyers at each stage for sale / purchase of property at the best suitable price.
Making appointments with potential customers based on what best suits them.
Analyzing the market trends & generating leads.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
Maintain and update listings / content of available properties / projects
Promote sales through advertisements, open-houses and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Handling customers questions, enquiries & complaints
Meeting weekly, monthly & quarterly sales targets
Building & maintaining clients and investors database
Liaison with the web development team for regularly updating the website content

REQUIREMENTS
Eagerness to work as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
Commitment to achieve organizational goals & sales targets
Strong presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills,
Ability to take initiatives and to work in a team
Fluency in English & Urdu
Pleasant personality and trustworthiness
